Creative Manager

Fluent in Arabic and English, the Creative Manager is responsible for managing the creative output for clients from concept development to production. He/She is responsible for developing creative ideas under the guidance of the Creative Director and working closely with the creative team and the client to ensure successful execution and achievement of project goals. The Creative Manager ensures that all client projects stay on track, assigns tasks, manages the creative staff, monitors project development, and supervises/manages various external suppliers and service providers.


The Creative Manager conceives and implements concepts for various creative projects and ensures successful execution, liaises with the creative managers and clients to ensure complete understanding of the creative projects and timelines, manages the creative team, and organizes brainstorming sessions to generate and conceptualize ideas.


He/She provides creative direction and oversees the day-to-day development and production of creative projects and program activities.


Experience and Skills Required:

The Creative Manager should have:

  • A degree in graphic design or visual communications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the creative field
  • Extensive knowledge of graphic fundamentals, print and web capabilities, as well as marketing and advertising principles
  • Proven experience in design, brand development, project management and digital communications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
  • Good creative thinking, organization, interpersonal and analytical skills
