The Research & Analysis Specialist is responsible for tracking, reviewing, analyzing and reporting agency-generated and client-related media and social media coverage and activities implemented for specific clients. He/She must work carefully and deliver work consistently, on-time and according to the highest standards and within established TRACCS formats.
The Research & Analysis Specialist is responsible for daily media and social media monitoring, clipping and analysis for specific clients within the TRACCS office portfolio and the, compilation of monthly media report books with the application of metrics. The Research & Analysis Specialist must deliver reports that are accurate, with the correct application of metrics, including EAV, OTS, key message tracking and analysis. In addition, the Research & Analysis Specialist should be able to identify and red-flag negative or inaccurate media and social media coverage to his/her Manager.
