Social Media Manager
Jeddah/Riyadh, KSA

The social media manager should be a tech-savvy professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably in both English and Arabic, and should be highly proficient in all digital and Social Media related tasks. He/She should be a ‘people’s person’ with excellent customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations. He/She should collaborate with marketing, PR, finance, HR and regional teams to make sure all company and regional level tasks are served as per the company’s code of conduct.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google and others for all clients
  • Daily monitor and manage all the accounts for community management and updating industry landscape internally
  • Brief content development team on content strategies, topics and manage editorial calendar that aligns with overall strategies of the clients aligned with their tone of voice and updates
  • Monitor social media progress using web analytic, listening tools and native accounts of all clients on social and digital platforms
  • Incorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase traffic/Engagement/leads
  • Review the success of campaigns and develop ways to improve
  • Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets in addition to execution and optimizing the ads for best results optimizing the bidding and messages
  • Advanced paid ads on social platforms Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube, Google (AdWords), TikTok and Programmatic ads.
  • Secure new media partnerships
  • Drive engagement with social media influencers
  • Resolve customer issues through social media
  • Support in creating engaging written and visual content when needed
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities for all clients based on their industries
  • Provide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it toCommunication teams and clients proactively
  • Write effective, concise copy for multiple platforms, websites, and social networks
  • Provide direction on website content and support in creating the sitemaps
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports covering performance of the platforms, social listening and digital items according to the requirements of the clients and the company
  • Ad-hoc content, visuals, directions, plans, reports and community management when needed
  • Digital client servicing where needed to make sure all requests of the clients are met on time


Experience and Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Two years of social media management experience
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
  • Experience with Social Listening and advanced reporting
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in advanced level including best practices
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms
  • Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
