Rula Masad brings more than 20 years of diverse experience to her role as the Managing Director of TRACCS Jordan.
In the early day of her career, Rula explored various opportunities which saw her venturing into different sectors including travel, tourism, and telecoms, until she discovered her passion for communications, and joined the TRACCS team in 2007.
Rula’s career in communications has been forged by her diverse and extensive professional journey which has enabled her to have a strong background in project management and planning, public speaking, client servicing, timely delivery of multifaceted projects, crisis management, and strategic content development.
Tapping into her interest in public speaking and community development, Rula volunteered with the local Jordanian initiative INJAZ, early on in her career, to teach underprivileged children basic marketing tools and self-development skills to help them succeed in their future careers and lives, while simultaneously undertaking various speaking engagements.
Harnessing her passion for communications, Rula leads her team in providing both local and regional clients with tailor-made, strategic communications programs that create impact.
Rula is a board member and Secretary of the Jordan Forum for Business and Professional Women (JFBPW) and is a supporter of women empowerment and gender equality in education.
